Appointments
Denplan and Private check ups and treatment are available at this practice. We are a Denplan registered practice. Denplan is an alternative method of paying for private dental care. Please feel free to ask a member of staff for details. If you ask us for an appointment, we will try to offer you one as soon as possible at a convenient time to you.
At your check up appointment we will ask you to fill in/update a medical history, including GP details and medication, and sign a consent form. Your dentist will carry out a full exam including a mouth cancer assessment and discuss treatment options and costs with you where dental treatment is required.
If following your check up, further treatment is needed, a treatment plan and the estimated cost will be discussed with you and a copy issued. At the end of your check up/treatment your dentist will advise you when to book your next appointment depending on your clinical needs.
We always endeavour to see our patients at their allotted appointment time. If you are kept waiting there is usually a good reason for this. We will try to advise you at the earliest opportunity but please feel free to ask our reception for an update.
